The Heart - The highest value of culture

Abstract


As for culture, there is no a minor or major culture. Every culture has its equal value and significance. Culture is considered to the last as the human philosophy of each nation. On the basis of revewing and analyzing the diplomatic events, from the cultural angle, between Vietnam - USA and USA - Japan related to the Tale of Kiều and the fact that US released atomic bombs on the two cities in Japan, the author clarifies the highest value of culture - the Heart.
