This article presents the overview of the devices and equipments which are used during the research progress, desrcibes the methods and results of remote control over mobile communications network. This is the first steps of the research of remote control over mobile communications network of us, we decided to choose micro-controller PIC18F4520 counteract with the mobile equipments and their signal systems to reach the goal of the research in order to reduce the cost of manufaturing and simplify the designation for users.
