In the roadmap of implementing to join WTO, competition in the banking extremely fierce, creating pressure for Vietnam commercial banks to diversify the financial services in the market. Apart from the acherements, this system still has limitations with few financial service iterms, unsynchronizations small scale and low quality. From abve mentioned shortcomings, this paper presents 4 measures to develop financial servies in Vietnam commercial banks to meet demand of the market, increase competitiveness and interest for the purpose of sustainable development.
