Nanocomposite copolymer (pyrrole-indole) and TiO₂ have been synthesized by chemical method, using FeCl₃ as an oxidant agent. The prepared products have been examined using IR, XRD spectra, morphology ananlyse using SEM, and structure dedermination TEM. The obtained results show that the prepared nanocomposite possessed a structure of core-shell. The core is  TiO₂  ocide at 40- 45nm.
